Rose Avenue in Venice, CA has all sorts of new Hotness and the word on the street is Rose Ave. is the new Abbot Kinney.
Last week I stopped by one of my accounts Live Style Designs and delighted to discover owner Francesca De Shae was working with her design client MHD Studio Mary Hornberger decorating the Model Apartments at The Frank. The Hot new mixed-use property on Rose and 5th in Venice across from Oscar’s Venice Beach Wines. The LEED Patinum building has 70 units, one bedrooms, two bedrooms and town houses they are earth conscious and “green” inside . Slated share space with a hand full of tenants including Piccolo and a new west side location for Cafe Gratitude have been announced so far. The fab new juice bar Moon Juice is just down the street as is my favorite clothing Boutique ME and Blue.
With so much delicious living goodness I was doubly pleased to find out the designers were placing my Lauren mercury glass lamps in the Model units and my collection of modern sari vintage fabric pillows for visual comfort . Here is a few pic’s and a sneak peek inside the hottest new place to live in Venice.
